Dear Team of Kelvin, I‘d like to request an additional version of closing for the hip pouch. The velcro is extremely loud, and can disturb the workflow in silent environments, so I cannot use it everywhere I need. Also it attracts a lot of dust and gets less secure over time. It would also be great to have more than 1 design option, if someone prefers velcro. Anyways, I‘ll be asking my tailor to exchange the velcro to magnet, however, it would be amazing if I could just buy one ready. :) Thank You in advance!

Play should boot up with the last settings. If you adjusted the brightness, the old value should come back automatically after a restart. To save power, the lights often have to be turned off on set. If this causes a problem for security reasons, double-clicking or holding down the power button would also help.

Can the PLAY PRO units be used via Wired DMX through the USB-C port

hello We recently had the chance to work with your Epos 300. & 600 products. We were surprised by the manufacturing quality and the quality of the light, even with the spectrometer. We are going to be able to work with the Epos! hoping that the range expands... 1200, 2400 etc! well done and thank you Sebastien Joffard D.O.P.

Use the narrator app to create additional effects. The kelvin play light is a useful too to test concepts in preproduction - as well as being a useful light on set. Being able to design my own tv flicker/ fire light (you name it) will help communicate ideas and expand the usefulness of this system.

For use as Camera-Headlight it would be good to have the possibility to mount the arm on the other long side (from the top) and still have the controls on the left.

According to rental house and studio in Berlin they use DC in to power different lights directly via large batteries ( www.betteries.com ). With a direct DC in there is an approx. 20% energy saving possible in comparison to AC / DC conversion.

It would be really excellent for end users if you would populate major DMX databases like Carallon and GDTF with all of the default 8 bit and 16 bit profiles for all of your lights. This would spare us the hassle of having to build our own profiles in each lighting console every time we want to use them in professional Film/TV DMX workflows.
